JOB POSITION - EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

As a Sales Executive - New Business Development Representative, you will software development services for Websites, Mobile applications, e-commerce and interactive websites to tier two marketing, advertising and consulting agencies across North America. This work-from-home position is mainly new business development and reporting to the President of the company. The base salary is $80,000 to $85,000 plus commissions.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• $80,000 to $85,000 Base Salary, plus commission

Their top clients include Deloitte, LinkedIn, WebMD, and Playstation. 


OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
• Head Office - Oakville Ontario
• Working from home.
• The sales territory is Canada and the United States.
• Full-time - Monday to Friday


EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of selling services or solutions to branding/marketing/advertising agencies.
• Understanding of software development as an asset.
• Existing relationships with marketing/branding/advertising agencies preferred.
• Experience selling using a consultative sales approach.

Daily Responsibilities
• Understand complex web and e-commerce projects thoroughly to communicate solutions to potential
clients effectively.
• Utilize technical knowledge to engage with clients, addressing their needs and requirements.
• Develop relationships with designers, marketing agencies, and key stakeholders to identify new
business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events, to
generate leads and close deals.
• Collaborate with the design teams to create compelling sales pitches and proposals/presentations
tailored to the client's needs.


LEADS:
• 100% Prospecting/Cold Calling
• 0% following up on warm Leads


OVERNIGHT TRAVEL:
• Less than 10%


SUPPORT & TRAINING:
