As an Account Manager/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible to sell water tower maintenance services to existing and new clients. This position involves conducting outbound calls to municipalities across Western Canada to book inspections, maintenance calls, and other services. The base salary for this role is $80,000-$90,000 plus bonuses.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

• Head Office - Burlington, ON

• Work from home

• The sales territory is Canada Wide with primary focus in Ontario and Eastern Canada.

 

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical/Engineering background

• One year of sales experience in a related or similar industry

• Experience in project management is a must have.

• Engineering degree/Diploma is an asset but not a prerequisite

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES:

• Relationship building: Calling existing clients customers, build rapport, and maintain strong relationships.

• Identifying customer needs: The representative would proactively reach out to customers to understand their current needs, such as upcoming inspections, maintenance requirements, or unfinished projects that require attention.

• Providing solutions: Based on the customer's needs, the representative would pitch the company's services and capabilities, highlighting how they can address the customer's requirements, such as conducting inspections, providing condition assessments, or completing tank projects.

• Follow-up on existing quotes: The representative would follow up with customers who have received previous quotes from the company to understand their status and determine if they are ready to move forward with the proposed solutions.

• Updating customer records: The representative would need to amalgamate and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system with the latest information, ensuring that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date before making calls.

• Meetings: In-person and virtual customer meetings, where the representative would have the opportunity to develop deeper relationships with key clients. This would likely involve activities such as inspections, maintenance, and condition assessments, as well as discussing potential projects and solutions.
