As a Digital Marketing Manager and Growth Specialist, you will devise comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness. You will engage customers effectively through social media platforms and blogs, collaborate with nursing associations, optimize online visibility through SEO and SEM strategies, develop reusable digital assets, and provide detailed return on investment reports to measure the success of each campaign. This newly created position reports to the President and has a base salary between $70,000 and $80,000.

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Post-secondary degree in Business and/or Marketing

• 3 – 5 years experience developing digital marketing strategies and hands-on implementation.

• 2+ years of B2B SAAS marketing experience

• 1+ years of B2C marketing experience an asset

• A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience

• Editing and copywriting skills

• Graphic Design Experience

• Portfolio of projects

• Marketing program examples with measured results

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• MS Office

• PPC, SEO, SEM, Data Analytics

• Social Media

• Various Email Marketing Platforms

• Various A/B testing tools
