JOB POSITION - EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As a Design and Sales Consultant, you will be selling log and timber frame home packages. You will primarily be selling to individual consumers. This role is primarily new business development with some warm leads supplied. The base salary is $50,000 plus commissions.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• $50,000 Base Salary, plus commission
• OTE in the first year is $70,000 +
• OTE in the second year is $150,000+

Our client provides log and timber frame home packages and design services across North America. The company was founded in 1979 with a staff of 20, is family-owned, and currently growing by over 15% per year. Their corporate culture promotes teamwork and a work hard-play hard mentality.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
• Head Office - Bobcaygen Ontario
• This is a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days a week in office for training, followed by 1 day a week in office going forward 
• Travel required for site visits within Ontario
• The sales territory is North America
• Full-time - Monday to Friday (some evenings and weekends required)

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Must have construction-related experience
• Homebuilder sales experience is an asset

LEADS:
• 25% Prospecting/Cold Calling older leads.
• 75% following up on warm Leads

SUPPORT & TRAINING:
• Job Shadowing
• Mentoring
• Within 1 week you will be selling to clients
