THE POSITION

As one of our freelance recruiting partners, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our in-house Senior Recruiters. Depending on your skills, experience, and preferences, you will be able to engage in a variety of recruiting activities, including:

Source & Qualify:  You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates who align with our client's specific requirements. 

Interview:  You will have the chance to showcase your interviewing skills by conducting thorough screenings and final interviews. 

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Handling the recruitment process, sourcing and qualifying candidates and conducting interviews, working closely with our in-house Senior Recruiters, will collaborate with you to evaluate the candidates and manage client communications

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS

Our clients range from small businesses to large multi-billion-dollar companies across all industries.

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES - (DEPENDANT ON THE ENGAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS)

- Source, identify, and reach out to potential Candidates

- Conduct video interviews.

- Prepare documentation for qualified candidates to be sent to the client.

SUPPORT & TRAINING

• On-the-job training and ongoing support.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

• 2 + years of full-time recruiting experience.
• Located in the Greater Toronto or Metro Vancouver Area and Available 9 am - 5 pm EST
• Experience recruiting for sales and sales-related roles is an assets

EDUCATION

• Post-secondary degree or diploma

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong computer and software skills.
• Current with the latest work productivity software. (Dropbox, Slack, Zoom, CRM, ATS).
• You typically quickly figure out technology yourself rather than needing technical support.
